What to Expect
ONSITE SERVICE CALLS
Redemption machines usually require assembly and are cumbersome to move. Let the repairs come to your business. We will schedule a convenient day and time for a service call and come equipped to fix as much as we can on site.
SET RATE DIAGNOSES
Figuring out what’s wrong the first time will save you money. We will do our best to isolate the problem and give you possible min and max outcomes so there’s no surprises. Our hourly rate is $85/hr and we typically need 1 hour per machine.
TRANSPARENT REPAIRS
After we’ve assessed your machines, the real work begins. We will keep you apprised of any deviations from our initial diagnosis. Any bench work will be completed, specialized parts ordered and a follow up call scheduled.
COMPLIMENTARY LOGBOOK SERVICE
This free service is a great way for us to communicate with your staff who are on the floor when your machines fail. It also helps us dial in on the exact cause of the fault. Full writeups of our work will stay in one easy to find place.

We guarantee a professional standard for all of our work. If a gremlin manages to sneak through our final checks, we have you covered with our 6 month warranty on all installed parts and labour. If a secondary problem surfaces within our warranty period, we will only charge the difference and give you a discounted rate as if both problems had arisen on your original visit. Fanatical customer service is and will always be our goal.
