What to Expect
FLAT RATE DIAGNOSTICS
Figuring out what’s wrong the first time will save you money. We test everything in your machine to isolate the problem and give you possible min and max outcomes so there’s no surprises. We require 2 hour ($99/hr) to diagnose your machine and provide an estimate for what your final repair bill could look like
TRANSPARENT REPAIRS
After we’ve assessed your machine, the real work begins. We will keep you apprised of any deviations from our initial diagnosis. Any bench work will be completed, specialized parts ordered and repairs finalized.
TEST, TEST AND TEST AGAIN
Being gamers ourselves, we know how frustrating it is to have a machine go down. After your repair is complete, we will rigorously test it to confirm that the problem/s have been resolved. If a problem manages to sneak through our testing, don't worry, our 6 month warranty has got you covered!
UPGRADES
While your machine is in the shop, you’ll be given options to upgrade your machine with some next-level tech! Take your Jukebox to a whole new level of awesome that your friends and family will enjoy for years to come.
