We realize that there are other “fixit” shops out there soliciting repair business, however, few have the proper tools, experience and skills needed to repair electronics at the processor component level. We use only professional-grade equipment and have many years of experience in the industry. Our company does not stay stagnant – our methods and techniques are continually evolving.

Being gamers ourselves, we know that sending off your system to Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft for a month or more can be both unnerving and costly. We take pride in having lightning-fast turnaround times and customer service that you won’t find anywhere else.

What to expect during your visit

Our repair process will keep you informed of what we are doing while we fix your console.

For current generation video game consoles, there is no need to bring cables or controllers with you (unless they are the problem!).  For rare or hard-to-find consoles, please bring your cords/controllers/test game.  Everything that is dropped off is linked to your customer account via each device's unique serial number.  We will do an on-the-spot free diagnosis and troubleshoot your console.  We do charge a minimal $40 bench fee upon drop off which will go towards your final bill.  Please note that the repair process may sometimes reveal problems that were not visible on the initial diagnosis.  For example, we can't test a Blu-ray drive on your PS4 until we fix your HDMI port.  Some repairs require work before we can discern if the unit is fixable.  If anything differs from what you were originally quoted, we will call you and confirm the work before moving forward with the repair.  Completed repairs are then thoroughly tested before we stamp it with our 3 month warranty.
